REFUND POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order send an e-mail to support@hakusuru.com as soon as possible or use the contact form. If your order has already been shipped you may not cancel your order.

LOST SHIPMENT

If a shipment is lost and never gets delivered we will offer you a full refund. For a shipment to be considered lost there must have been at least 30 days without any tracking updates.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If the delivered goods are damaged or items are missing and you would like a replacement or refund send us an e-mail at support@hakusuru.com describing the issue and if possible include pictures of the damaged items.

In such cases we will offer the customer a refund for the full value of the missing or damaged items.

IMPORT FEES REFUND

We do not refund any customs duties, VAT or other import fees paid by the customer.

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS

Note that we do not accept returns for the following reasons; you don’t like the product, size doesn’t fit or change of mind.

We do not offer refunds if you refused to pick up your order from the post office or it could not be delivered due to incorrect address.
