PAYMENT
We accept payment by Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit card.
All credit card payments are securely handled by a third party (Stripe) and no credit card information is shared with us.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 4 to 6 business days.
Please keep in mind some times there might be delays, in which case we will notify the customer by e-mail.

All orders are shipped by airmail with tracking. The usual shipping time is 7 to 10 days. Note that to some remote locations shipping may take longer, usually up to 15 days.
We offer free shipping on all orders regardless of order value or destination.
CUSTOMS AND VAT
For US customers we will pay customs fees in advance and you should not be charged any customs fees when receiving your order.
For European customers we will pay VAT in advance and should not be charged any VAT when receiving your order.
For other countries it is the customers responsibility to pay any import fees.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
At times, your order may contain multiple products, and due to various factors such as product availability and supplier arrangements, your order might be split into multiple shipments. Here's why:
- Product Availability: If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, we may ship the available products immediately to ensure you receive them as soon as possible. The remaining items will be shipped separately once they become available.

Supplier Direct Shipments: In some cases, certain products may be shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to ensure faster delivery times. This can result in your order being split into multiple shipments.
Please note the following:
- Each shipment will have its own tracking information, which will be provided to you via email once the shipment is processed.
- You will not incur any additional shipping charges due to split shipments.
- Rest assured, we are working diligently to minimize any inconvenience caused by split shipments and ensure that you receive your complete order in a timely manner.
