Most orders will be processed and shipped within five business days.
Shipping time is 10 to 15 days. But please keep in mind it may sometimes take longer due to delays .
All shipments will include a tracking number.

We accept payment by Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit card.
All credit card payments are securely handled by a third party (Stripe) and no credit card information is shared with us.
Your order may be subject to customs duties or VAT. It is the customers responsibility to pay such fees. If you have any questions about customs or VAT for your order you may contact us at email@example.com
If you wish to cancel an order send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible or use the contact form. If your order has already been shipped you may not cancel your order.
In case of non-delivery the customer is responsible for paying any shipping fees, including return shipping and any other fees incurred. Such fees will be subtracted from any refund given to the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If the delivered goods are damaged or items are missing and you would like a replacement or refund send us an e-mail at email@example.com describing the issue and if possible include pictures of the damaged items.
If a shipment is lost and never gets delivered we will offer you a refund. For a shipment to be considered lost there must have been at least 30 days without any tracking updates.
Note that in case of a refund we will not refund any customs duties or VAT paid by the customers.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as; you don’t like the product, size doesn’t fit or change of mind.
