Our clothes sizes are about 1 or 2 sizes smaller than normal US and European sizes. If you are unsure about what size to choose we recommend measuring one of your hoodies or sweaters which already fits. The measurements are that of the clothing itself and not your body measurements. Note that different types and brands of sweaters/hoodies might have different measurement e.g. a Demon Slayer cotton hoodie might have different measurements than an Azur Lane polyester hoodie.
HOW TO MEASURE
We accept payment by Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit card.
All credit card payments are securely handled by a third party (Stripe) and no credit card information is shared with us.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 4 to 6 business days.
Please keep in mind some times there might be delays, in which case we will notify the customer by e-mail.

All orders are shipped by airmail with tracking. The usual shipping time is 7 to 10 days. Note that to some remote locations shipping may take longer, usually up to 15 days.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $39 USD regardless of destination. For orders less than $39 USD we charge a $5 USD shipping fee.
CUSTOMS AND VAT
For European customers we will pay VAT in advance. You should not be charged any VAT when receiving your order.
However if your order do get subjected to customs duties or other import fees such as VAT it will be the customers responsibility to pay such fees.
If you wish to cancel an order send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible or use the contact form. If your order has already been shipped you may not cancel your order.
If a shipment is lost and never gets delivered we will offer you a full refund. For a shipment to be considered lost there must have been at least 30 days without any tracking updates.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If the delivered goods are damaged or items are missing and you would like a replacement or refund send us an e-mail at email@example.com describing the issue and if possible include pictures of the damaged items.
In such cases we will offer the customer a refund for the full value of the missing or damaged items.
IMPORT FEES REFUND
We do not refund any customs duties, VAT or other import fees paid by the customer.
RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS
Note that we do not accept returns for the following reasons; you don’t like the product, size doesn’t fit or change of mind.
We do not offer refunds if you refused to pick up your order from the post office or it could not be delivered due to incorrect address.
